removing spots from pictures, how do i...

Ok here is my picture:


i was wondering if there was any way to remove the water spots on the picture or if someone could tell if its possible, how to do it. this is for my basketball teams slideshow and it would be a really cute picture

how did you do that ( sorry for my lack of inteligence)
you also removed the red eye

There's a remove red-eye filter in Photoshop&practically every other program... You can do it on MS Paint too, but it's a lot harder.
As for the spots, I have a heal brush in Elements 3.o, which I would use on those. You could probably remove them with the "remove noise" filter too. -shrug-

i didnt really open her eyes lol

i copied the eyes from the girl next her her then matched it up so it fit.

as for the spot... a remove noise filter wouldnt have even come close to doing that..

i just used the eyedropper tool to match the surrounding color, then set the brushes opaqicy (<<<spelling?) to like 25-35% so i could blend it nicely

then i fooled around w/ the levels cuz i h8 how digital pix come out on my cam... and its just a habit

so... were ^those complements?
