Custom layout - no cell in Friends Comments, I want cell borders in my custom layout Options

Sorry for the lengthy Topic title, but I figured it describes it better than 'OMG! Plz Help'

Ok, I got a custom layout on CreateBlog. I Love it but there are no cell borders on my 'Friends Comments' box. Could someone please tell me how to make this happen? Thanks. I have included the code that I used for the custom layout, applied in the 'About Me' section...and that is the only custom code I have. Again, thanks, it's much appreciated.
