I said no because it's against my beliefs and it's not natural. That being said, I'd never treat a person different because of it. I have a friend who's a homosexual and I go over to his house all the time. It's like hanging out with any other guy. Just... a little on the girly side, haha.

I think the general idea behind the comment was that our society is becoming more liberal as time progresses, however I don't completely agree.

8. Thou shalt not steal

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against your neighbor

10. Thou shalt not covet your neighbor's house

Now... where does my desire to have a partner fit into these?

Well, Buddhism, I believe, wants you to go through abstinence and such.
And then there are various religions, mostly paganistic religions, that don't care.

And just because homosexuals can't reproduce (which isn't true, because you have to include artificial insemination) doesn't mean it's wrong scientifically. AS IF WE NEED any more children in this overpopulated world.
