Importance of Bras: Bras are there to minimize juggling and for support which minimizes breast tissue damage when she's playing sports. 7 out of 10 women wear the wrong bra size.
Chest Measurements: First, run a tape measure snugly around your rib cage, which is just under your breast. Next, add 5" to your measurement; round up to the nearest even number. This is your chest band measurement.
Now measure around the fullest part of your breast. Next subtract this measurement from your cheat band measurement and the difference is your cup measurement.
Difference / cup size:
1" / A
2" / B
3" / C
4" / D
5" / DD
Take your first measurement [chest band] and combine it with your cup size. [ex:34A]


Telling if the bra cup size is too small
:
-Your bust is bulging out from the sides or top. (aka. Armpit boobs)
-Your bust falls out or become visible under the bra.
-The bra center piece sits away from the body.
