instead of just bringing up a bunch of topics that may pertain to the bylaws, how about we do it in a more organized manner, by following a structure/model and bringing up topics in a orderly manner?

i think this process would be a lot faster if we followed a structure and bring up topic/article in a orderly manner instead of just talking about random topics to put in the bylaws

remember bylaws aren't the COMPLETE rules and regulations, its a set of organizational rules to follow

this is one example of a bylaw structure, more articles can be added as seen fit

Article 1. Organization shall be known as...

Section II. Purpose
Article 1. The purpose of CB shall be...

Section III. Membership
Article 1. Members shall consist of members, official members, moderators, advisors, and admin...
Article 2. All members will need to abide by CB rules...

Section IV. Requirements (to be official member, mod, advisor, etc)
Article 1. Members need to meet this requirement
Article 2. Official members need to meet this req...
Article 3. Mods needs to meet this req...
... and so on

Section V. Duties of official members, mods, etc
Article 1. Official memberrs need to do these duties...
Article 2. Mods need to do these duties...
... and so on

Section VI. Executive Committee
Article 1. Management of CB will be in the hands of mods, advisors, admins...
Article 2. How many admins, mods, advisors etc
Article 3. Admins will have final say in decisions, or vote between mods?
... and so on

Section VII. Amendments (to bylaws)
Article 1. Bylaw may be amended by 2/3 vote between mods?....
Article 2. Such amendment become effective after admin approval?..
... and so on
