just read about vectors, saw some too. how can i make a vector in psp9?? thanks a lot to those who would help!!! :P

well, yes.
there are many ways. most people use the select and fill method. i have psp8 and i use the pen tool..even though its nothing like the photoshop pen tool. it works well enough. try this |
