Just about any progtram with the words photoshop or paint can be used to make any graphics.

^ Don't be sorry. You're new. Everyone's new at one point or another.

You can make banners using images and brushes and shtuff. Really, they're quite fun to make.

You can also make things like my sig in there too. With the right colours and a tab of creativity you'll be making some neat stuff.

Is there something in particular you'd like to learn that maybe I can help with?
