Well, despite the fact you're not even old enough, the answer to your question: FTP is available, as well as a file manager through cpanel (which I offer for subdomain and domain hostees.) However, I'd recommend FTP as it's easier to use, and more efficient.

I have found the file upload option in cPanel to be more of a pain in the butt then getting the FTP working.

i can't believe that some people in this forum don't even understand how to run an FTP server/connect to an FTP server.

i was born in '92. i'm probably more advanced then half the people in createblog :P age discrimination = bad.
(not trying to brag... just making a point here.)

I recommend that the people I host be 18, but the lowest age I accept is 14 (And I hardly ever do that). Its because if a little kid says "Hey, I want to do something that can be illegal" if hes not 18 or older, then I am responsible for what he does. No matter what my TOS says.

My TOS also says no warez or any illegal operations, in reality, right now I host 15,300 some odd domain. I can not keep track of that many sites. I don't want to be held responsible for some teenagers child porn site that he though he would host on my free server.

EDITED

Age descrimination is probably the stupidest excuse ever. Are you also trying to say the age when one is not a minor (18) is descriminatory? How about: the age you can drive a car, age of consent, operate machinary in a store, work, etc etc.

Kid, you have no point.
By the way, don't bash someone for asking a simple question. Everyone starts off not knowing something, and by asking questions it enables them to get educated on the subject. Don't try and act like you knew what FTP was years ago. Hell, years ago you were wearing diapers.

/end.
