layout code, my code is messed up Options

i've had the worst time trying to figure out how to create a xanga layout.
all of the computer talk was confusing me (i hav no idea wat a blog or navagation is)
but i finally managed to find a tutorial that helped me create a skin

at a glance, my code looks right, but when i put it in and veiwed it, it didnt show up

i was hoping some1 could show me the error of my ways
