I am from Vancouver so im proud to say im a Canuck fan. I support Todd Bertuzzi 100% because he is a really great guy with a big heart. Not everyone sees him that way so when they are having an away game the croud "boos" everytime he touches the puck, and i find that really annoying. It must be really hard on him, but yet he doesn't complain.

We need to respect the opinions of the fans of other teams and just let it be. I am a huge Bert fan, but he can't really complain, ya know... he knows what he did. He knows he's got our support. He's not gonna be a dumba*s and whine about it. You gotta understand... that people here would be doing the exact same thing had this happened elsewhere. In addition, most of the people who fill up the stands at hockey games are completely hockey illiterate anyway and are going along with the crowd. He knows that. What is your point with this post anyway? |

That's nice, but I totally disagree. I live in Colorado, therefore obviously an Avalanche fan, so he will never have my support.

As much as I agree with jennypie, that we should respect the opinions of the fans of other teams, there also should be a time where these fans let things go, too.
Yeah, so Teesa, ESS TEE EFF YOU. jk. <33 But seriously...I don't think there is a real meaning behind it when you hold a grudge against someone for a long time until it becomes meaningless. I say, if the guy really is sorry and sincere, then just let it go. I'm not saying we should go out and give Bertuzzi a great bear hug, and I'm not even saying we should admire him or respect him for what he did, I'm just saying that the booing is unnecessary if continued for a long time. |
