ok-- I make layouts for a xanga my friend and I have-- and one one thing my friends don't like about some of the layouts is that you can't see the words too well b/c of the background ((I usually tend to make my backgrounds the centerpiece of the layout))

i have seen a layout before that had a translucent sorta background in their posts so that you could still see the page background, and the text was easier to read...

blink.gif so, does anyone know what the code for that might be??

I've had layouts with fading opacity in the dates before... but that code just doesn't seem to work on the posts... _unsure.gif
((it's filter: alpha (opacity=100, finishopacity=0, style=2); ))
