The nose is a little bit weird.
I started this after my Lisa Kudrow piece, cause i want to do the hair.

It looks really good. I heard how vectoring the hands are hard but yours look good _smile.gif Everything looks great so far. I like the eyes, the shirt and the hair but one question...how com the eyes are kinda grey-ish pink? I like this vector. It's awesome. thumbsup.gif

All of your vectors. ARE AMAZING, the detail is just like woah. I love the shirt and hair and eyes and everything. One criticism though- I think you use the same skin palette for all of your vectors? Because this skin is similar to the Lisa Kudrow one... anyway, the dark shades are kinda bland and I would suggest using a brighter or more vibrant skin palette.

^x2 I agree. For me, hands/clothes are easy because you can still follow the posterization and have it come out nice. But with hair, you can't do that. You must improvise, and that's what makes it confusing.

Anyway, good job with the shading, everything looks very real. I'd go for different colours, though, her skin looks very ashy.

I'm curious, how are you finding colours to use for skin?

i picked the lightest color (i start out with the lightest), then i just use like a gradient. Each layer gets darker.

I think if you start out with one colour (lightest) and work your way down using Curves, it'll look more realistic. When you use Curves to darken a colour, it comes out more yellow/orange compared with the lightness adjustment, which makes it more ashy. But that is just my opinion.

Of course, when you get TOO dark in Curves, the colour turns out to be neon orange. Then you should switch to lightness.

Oh great, am I making any sense at all?!
