So, I am aware that relationships based on appearance is extremely shallow, and yes, I have to admitt i have sunk to that level a few times. Yet, i have to admitt that two of my longest relationships came from "love at first sight".

ANYWAY, last weekend at the fair i asked this boy i have never seen before out. And, he SAID NO. I was so shocked as were my friends. When i wake up in the morning, i honestly don't see a monster. *sigh* i just feel so sad, although this is so stupid.

Anyone been throught the same thing?

you got rejected get ova it. not every guy in the world is going to like you. and besides, with all the information you know about that guy, he might have STDs or was a rapist or already have a girlfriend *or boyfriend*

Well, you've never seen him before...
And maybe he's never seen you either.
He barely knows you, so I guess you should think hard about the reasons he said no.
There's nothing bad about him saying no...
Maybe try to see him again, maybe that'll help you?
Or just find another guy.
Plenty of fish in the sea!

You should not be sad because of this even see it as a lesson appearance is what attracts you to some people sometimes its personality and son on doesn't mean your ugly rejection never feels good but the truth is you didn't know him and he didn't know you even so its not like you see em on a regular basis you will find someone when that time comes.

you shouldn't be so caught up in this, one because you've only met the guy once and he doesn't even know you, two you're probably just looking at his looks, what i'm trying to say is try to get to know him better or just get over it

Well, he probably just met you, and didn't know anything about you, so he said no. Or, he had a girlfriend or something. Don't worry about it, and about appearances. If you become friends first, the looks don't matter that much.

big deal. do you expect every guy you ask out to go out with you?

god, it's not like you've known him and have been giving him the eye and etc.

Since you've never seen him before, it was pretty much inevitable that you'd be turned down, hot or not. Everyone gets rejected at some point, and you've got a higher possibility of striking out if you randomly ask out someone you don't know.

You are by no means a monster. In fact, I bet you're pretty cute if you're overreacting this way to one itsy bitsy rejection that doesn't mean a damn thing.

Deep breaths. Of course this is a sucker punch to your pride, but let's face it. You didn't have any REAL emotional feelings for this guy so it doesn't even matter.
