Invalid screenshot??, my screenshot isn't being accepted |

I swear, I've checked all the setting for my xanga layout screenshot.
It's cropped and its in JPG form. The info buttons says that it has to be 500x500, and other people tell me to try 300x300. I have it in both sizes and have tried both, but they just won't work. After I press submit, all it says is "Error, please upload a valid screenshot. Click here to go back" Help, please?? |

did you try it in pixels? i guess when you make the document but it as 300x300 and just paste it in there it workes for me

Did you save your screenshot as a picture format (JPEG, GIF, PNG)?

It only accepts .jpg file extensions.
