if you're into that kind of thing.

i personally think the whole 80 dollar pair of jeans and 60 dollar sweatshirt is too pricey, though.

lol you have mike jones in your sig, you didnt strike me as the type of kid that would want abercrmbie.hehe.gif but if you want everything like the "popular kids" ( rolleyes.gif ) go crazy. it is popular around here. but there is other popular stuff too.

my brother's wardrobe is filled with that crap. the button up shirts, jeans that look like they're dirty when they're not, vintage shirts, etc all from those abercrombie&fitch, american eagle (he hates aeropostale), banana republic, and etc because he used to work there.

wear whatever you want, don't wear it just because other people wear it/like it. be yourself not some random guy you see.

yeah i agree with you alot and well i dont blame your brother...aeropostale always has a 50% or less discount on there clothes and well people feel bad because its like buying clothes from goodwill...or a real low price clothes store..and well people these days look at name brands...so yeah skip aeropostale...lol

I HATE abercombie, no offense to people who shop there. I shop at Hot Topic but they both have expensive prices anyways. Pac Sun is another store for me. For me, I don't think anyone in my school is popular. Because those kids that seem "cool" for the other kids just seem like some other screwed up student to me. If you think Abercombie is cool, then go shop there, but like some people said, those more than 50 dollar priced shirts and pants don't seem worth it. I only get to buy my clothes because I work for my money (my parents don't pay for clothes that are more than 40$). However, I also kinda agree with Shortiiex, you wear things NOT because they're popular but because you think they look nice on you or if you REALLY like its style and stuff.

Me I actually buy abercrombie and fitch because I like the style. The whitish style from the clothes is what I like so I buy it. So if you like it buy it. Just because you have AF doesn't mean your popular though... -__-

Hmm... maybe guy clothes are more expensive than girl clothes? The A&F t-shirts for girls are at most 40 bucks, but the $40 ones are usually long sleeve, with jewels/rhinestones, etc.

Actually, latinprep12, there is a store called "Abercrombie." It's really Abercrombie kids, but the label is just abercrombie, not A&F.

Personally, abercrombie kids clothes aren't that pricey-- (their shirts are cheaper than Paul Frank shirts mellow.gif ) so it's nothing to be worried about. But it just depends--money is often an issue. sweating.gif

Everyone's into Abercrombie (& Fitch) nowadays, that I feel weird wearing their clothes. Yesterday, a bunch of people were sporting their Abercrombie shirts and A&F jeans, so it feels weird that I might wear something that someone else has. Good thing I have a diversity of label clothes. :] It's hard when half the school wears the same brand clothing as you, in a non-uniform school. yawn.gif

abercrombie is THE store in the chicago area. especially in the subburbs. since the mid-west is very preppy/classic look, it fits right in. girls and guy will practically spend anything to get the abercrombie look. yeah its cute, but ehh i like american eagle better though. but yeah, i'd say just get maybe a few shirts, pants and stuff, and mix and match with some other stuff that u wear regularly. it NEVER hurts to look nice everyday.

Wear what suits you
F*** what everyone else wears.
Be your own trend, don't just dress all "preppy" because the "popular" kids are doing it.
