Eh really to me it's default. It's just a banner and some stylesheet, but good work on the color scheme and effort though.

It's nice for a "defaultish" layout =] I like the thing that...looks like it's supposed to be in the bottom left corner...or maybe that's just my browser x] Maybe try removing the left modules and then adding some sort of navigation to make it a little less "default"?

I agree with the others - the star is a cool graphic, so maybe you should design a layout with that as the focal point. I like the colors you used!
