my english teacher gave me a 0 on a vocab quiz, because she thought i was cheating!! i wasnt, i have never cheated on a test like that, and if i did i would not have been so unsneaky. I had the paper (answers) on my desk under a pile of other papers and i was leaning on it and the teacher came by and i guess she saw me put it there, or she saw it showing...im not sure, but i was not cheating and if i tell my mom she will yell at the teacher and then i will never get on the good side of her. But if i dont tell my mom she will tell my mom and i will get in trouble, unless i told her then....but im just sooo confused!!!! cry.gif I did not cheat on the stupid quiz, but now i will be labled a cheater. what do i do!! please help!!

Explain it to your teacher.
Tell your mother what happened, and pray she'll understand.
Tell your mom not to yell at the teacher because you were unprepared for the vocab quiz and you would've done bad anyway.

Wow o__O Tlak about strict. You should try to explain it to the teacher and as for a make-up quiz. A 0 is harsh! I remember in Freshman year (lol 3 years ago), when this guy kept bugging me and I thought my teacher wasn't looking so I whispered "C" for the answer to the question the guy behind me wanted and the teacher heard because he saw me turn my head! He said "ARE YOU TELLING HIM THE ANSWERS?! FJAKSLKFJAJLFDS I SAW YOU TURN YOUR HEAD!" I was thinking.. WTF?! because a bunch of other people were turning their heads too and telling each other their answers! sweating.gif Makes no sense, really.

Try to explain it to you parents and your teacher. I agree with others--if anything, try to ask for some extra credit work.

talk to your mom and your teacher and let them know your side. ask your teacher what she thought and try to work it out.
