Got the code but..., style tags???????? Options

first put this at the very top of you "interest" section within your edit profile page.

and then put this between your <style> tags

Ok I finally got this code for my url box and as for the directions......I don't understand where it says "put this between your style tags"......What style tags??????????
Do they mean something like this:<style>???
But I see none of it included in the code?
