i actually spent time lookingg on the internet to get a review of the story but couldn't find one anywhere. i remembered enough to understand the movie tho.

Yeah, I'd never played the game and when I watched the subtitled version, I was confused a lot - but it was still AWESOME! The whole Tifa fight scene and Cloud vs. Sephiroth....
By the end of the movie, I picked up a lot of things... I understood more about FF7, but yeah, there is probably no way I appreciated it as much as I could have. |

I've watched Final Fantasy VII: AC only 3 times. I wish I could watch it again, but I had to get rid of it. And I mean by uninstalling it from my computer.
I liked the Tifa and Loz fight. But the Sephiroth and Cloud fight was better. I hated how the fight only lasted for 6 minutes! I thought it was going to be a little longer. |

I liked how the battle sequences were made...they surprised me and made the movie real intense... and the ending was beautifully done! expected from any square-enix/soft product (except for the first kingdom hearts)! The graphics were beautiful and so were the special effects...but the facial expressions needed more work!
Cloud seemed like a 50 Cent in the movie...got shot so many times and didnt die (although he techincally got successfully shot twice)...the plot was well-thought out and i thought the humor with Vincent needing a cell phone was awesome  Reno and Rude were the funniest ones though! And Tifa and Aeris were really touching characters even though Aeris barely talked And i thought it was kind of far-fetched how 5 people throwing cloud in the air can bring him more than 70 feet up in the air  !Oh and my favorite part was when he beaut Sephy with the ultimate technique...that was awesome! it's worth everyone's money trust me! Oh and I loved how the music were modified versions from the themes in the game. Really impressive! |

like the other dude said it was pretty good... my favorite scene would be tifa and loz fighting... AND when Cloud and Sephy were fighting...those were nice fighting scenes

I finally downloaded the movie! It only took me 2 hours ^_^ v
To be honest, yes, the graphics were amazing, and yes, my favorites characters were in the movie, I was a bit disappointed. I know this is unrealistic, but I was hoping that Aeris (or Aerith) might have had a larger role in the movie. Maybe even somewhat of a romantic role. I always felt that strong connection between Cloud and Aeris. I know that it seems so conventional, but come on! There was some serious chemistry there. He always seemed to let his guard down when she was with him. That's uber sweet! x] The giant fighting sequence with Weapon was amazing. I love how the whole cast party of characters joined in the fight, and when they were all pushing him up for the final blow. Yep. Priceless. |

But yeah I thought Aeris was going to get a larger role as well. |
