Well in MD if you are 17 you are still a minor and still can be charged with rape it is true yeah you could date at any age really but crossing the line like haveing sex before you turn 18 is considered rape by law when you turn 18 you are considered an adult now when I see a man thats 21 dating a 16 year old I think why cant he get a person their age.

umm i think when both are under 21 then 4 years is a little old. when you get older then i dont think it matters. the oldest ive dated was 17 (when i was 14). now i'm talking to a boy thats 17 and ill be 16 in 3 days so i think it just depends on the situation
in mississppi where the boy im talking to lives at..its stat. rape for us to do it and here in tennessee its not but we dont care and it hasnt happened yet plus my birthday is almost here |

My friend's 15 but likes this 21 year old...It's not that bad though. I don't think so. He's a GREAT guy...Into God...Would never intentionally hurt her.

before actually dating someone older than you, you should make sure you know them well enough. then you wouldnt get into problems with the law. your friends should hang out with that person, and then you should hang out with the person..or ask the older persons friends how he/she really acts because that could help determin how a person really is i.e what they do if they get mad, if they have a temper, etc. but thats just my opinion.

until i went to a summer camp in portland this summer, i never knew that there were rules about dating anyone older.. my god. we dont have that in HK!! i think sex is 18 or so... ppl do it anyways. haha.
