Question Concerning Div/Image Mapping, Layering Div's & Image Mapping Problems Options

For the record I've spent almost 2 hours searching for all the information I can get to help me. Either I'm retarted or blind but I didn't see the info I need. Yes I saw similar threads about div but they were either not simple enough for me or something,

The Problem: I want to have the comments Section appear above the first layer DIV...but I want everything else invisible. (I do realize I have the all clear profile code inserted, but it was the closest to getting rid of everything besides comments I could get)

Also I'm trying to link the words on the div image..but suign the image slicer coding and the online image mappers didn't work
