Wildlife, in Gulf Coast Texas Region Options

[Paradox of Life]

I need help on gathering creatures with their trophic levels and making a food web and mobile to represent them. Can someone please help me on finding resources and animals that life in the Gulf Coast of Texas Region? Help is greatly appreciated. Please include the resource if you post an animal. I already have goose, duck, song bird, lightning whelk, alligators, fiddler crab, spoon bill, sea turtle, fish and prairie chicken. And how should I make the mobile?

Also, I need some animals for the Blackland Prairie as well. If you could help me out, I'd be really grateful. Thanks!
