Code showing Options

Okay, so when I put any code on my MySpace, the <--begin code create by....etc. and the end code part shows up on the actual page. Am I supposed to erase this? I figured I shouldn't erase the credit. I'm sure it's an easy fix, but any ideas? Thanks.

Granted, the code didn't have all of that extra type stuff in it, but after I put it in my MySpace, it changed to that, so deleting it isn't a viable option.
