ummm....when you view a users pictures ....the background and such is normally white right?
but..i have seen other ppls' picture profiles where the background has colors and scroll bar colors so now i know its possible..ive searced everywhere for an option to customize it but i cant find it soo...does anyone know how to edit the background/scollbars of your picture profile? |
