^ You're delusional. No it's not.
---- Select parts of the image so the outline looks like that images, and the, make a new layer and fill the selection with a solid color. Then, drag it under the first layer, and set it so your first layer is grouped with the solid color layer. Meh. For the double color, do a five-pixel border and then a one pixel border. |
