I need help with photoshop |

I have Photoshop Elements 2.0 and when trying to update from the web, something went terribly wrong. Now, everytime I open the program there is an error message and I can't do anything but press ctrl+alt+delete to exit the program. I tried to uninstall then reinstall the program twice and still it does the same thing. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe its your computer? because unnistalling and reinstalling should pretty much work. All i can say is maybe restore your computer back a week or two before it happened and see if it fixes anything. If it does don't mess it up this time, if it doesn't undo the restore and whoever you bought the program from trying calling them or exchanging it.
