Do you think it would be helpful to have floating sidebar menu in xanga request forum?

A floating sidebar menu is sort of like a clickable popout that contain with infomation or links. No matter how much you scroll the screen, it'll comes along.







This is how the sidebar menu. The style and looks can be done with html.

Too many people needs to read the rules, required to request with 50 post, check the skin previewers(for layouts), and etc.


There are a bunch of newcomers that does not read the pin topic rules. It's better to shove a floating sidebar menu with infomation in their faces.
