resize smilies' row?, horizontal scrollbar issues |

I added the smilies to my Xanga comment box, but the rows of smilies are too long, creating a horizontal scrollbar in my content area. Once you go to the comment page, you can see two scrollbars. Is there any way I can create more, shorter rows for the smilies?
