How can I get the image/skin up to that red line or at least above the hr line (other line)?
Is it something in the coding?

(Sorry I've been asking so many non-sense questions ermm.gif)

You need to thumb that image that you posted because it's stretching the board.
CODE
[thumb]put posted image url here[/thumb]

Have you tried just removing the HR so you won't have to move it?

I don't think I'm allowed to remove it.

It's just a horizontal rule. No damage can be done by removing it. Try removing it with this:

CODE
<style type="text/css">
hr{
display:none;
}
</style>

It worked at taking the line away, but the links and text are still on the skin (they're supposed to be below the hr)

Something is confusing me... why do you have 4 div layers with nothing written in them?

Those are the text areas. I just erased the text and stuff to make the code a little shorter.

Well, can you add the text with the links back under the appropriate div because we don't know which div is which.
