the councilors at my school only cared about the top 10% of the class, and since I was bottom 10% they figured I would be too busy smoking crack to go to collage. and they were right.

I took a course in Forensics years ago and I'm scheduled to take another spring this year. it's pretty cool but not something I would want to do as a career.

Communication and Journalism.
Hating it because the courses offered are not really what I'm after. Might be changing to another Media-related major next semester. |

Yeah a friend of mine was talking about that, Can I ask what you did exactly? A lot of it was working with cameras, we documented each other's fingerprints, one time we watched a few popular forensics dramas (csi, etc.) and had to point out all the times they did something unrealistic or against protocol. We did a mockup t rial where we had to present the evidence, and we had a few mockup crime scenes (one murder, one breaking and entering), and we had to do an interrogation on one of the classmates. prerequisites were psychology and biology I love that set and I want to do something like that |

i tried talking to the counselors they say major in science department. that doesn't help me as much as you guys did lol. well thanks guys :D, i really appreciate it! major in what you want to major in. pre-med is just a program of classes required by most med schools. people say to major in something sciency because it'll be easier since your required classes will overlap with a lot of your pre-med classes. i'm a neuroscience major. it's ok. i don't love it, i don't hate it. i hated pre-med though. f*ck physics and biology and calculus and MCATs. |
