valid image extension for cursors |

hey... i'm a noob so please don't flame me...
but when you make cursors, what are the available file extensions? and... how do you make these pictures with these certain extensions? attached is a picture of a cursor i want... but i don't think the extension needed for a cursor

I think that the available cursor extensions are .ani
=\ Not too sure |

.ani for animated cursors and .cur for regular cursors. You need a program to make them tho. You can download that here
