trying to submit, not letting me

I did what the derections say to do. And its not letting me submit because it says its not a 4:3 All my other submit I did the same way.

Please help me.

trying using your canvas as a 1024X768 then try resubmitting :]

I meant like in photoshop or paint. A canvas would basically be a new document :]

I been using paint. its the only thing I have. I'm not sure how to set it to a sertin size.

Try doing this:

or, if you want to make it on your own just go to whatever program you use, make a new sheet thats 1024x768 and paste it in there.
even if its not filling the whole thing, its fine.
(thats what i do for mine)

Its set to 1024 and the right 768. still saying the same thing.
I did the 800x600 and it worked.
