in regard to what's more binding, constitution > all. no statute, bill, order, code, etc, has more precedence. if this is as serious as they say, it will be ruled unconstitutional in the future.

in regard to what's more binding, constitution > all. no statute, bill, order, code, etc, has more precedence. if this is as serious as they say, it will be ruled unconstitutional in the future. the declaration of independence is held higher than the constitution, but it doesn't often make a difference because nothing in the constitution goes against the declaration of independence. |
