So I decided to put this in health because.. forgetfullness is like a mind thing yea? So anyways what is like the stupidest thing you've forgotten? Or like how long does it take you to forget something? I walked into the bathroom the other day, put my waterbottle on the counter, went to the bathroom, washed my hands and walked right out. That could have taken what 3 minutes? I put things down and then no more then 3 minutes later I forget it. Although I can remember weird things like.. the buouy number out by half moon bbay- 46012. Now I can remember that but not a waterbottle? So any experiences anyone? I know I'm not the only one haha. _smile.gif

Also, sometimes I'll forget to take some books for a certain class or take my books home for homework. Ughhhhh.

There was this one odd experience. I was eatting a hotdog. I was doing a multiple number of things other than eating my hotdog. Ok so it went like this. I was fixing some papers with one hand and my hotdog in the other hand. A minute of fixing papers and hotdog holding have passed. Then I ask my mom where my hotdog was. GUESS where it was?!?!

I was holding it the whole time XD.gif

The other day I let my friend borrow my cell phone to text someone. And she was like using it for like 20 minutes. Then we're walking down the hall and I'm like "Where's my cell phone??" Then I rememebered and was like "oh, duhhh."

Ha, wow, I'm so dumb. whistling.gif

I forget I'm wearing sunglasses on top of my head and I search madly around the house for my sunglasses. pinch.gif
Or the times I've just gone blank on tests when I know I've studied hard + know the material. Yuck.

I forget things all the time. My memory can really suck sometimes, but then I can sometimes remember the most random things...
It can get pretty frustrating.

My mom owns a care home and one of the people has dementia. Its sorta funny (in a non-rude way) how she forgets stuff. My mom told her my name is Kevin and she says five seconds later in a serious manner, "who is he?" She asked that around like 10+ times O___o".

It's sometimes funny when it happens to me, especially when I go to get something in another room only to forget and think, "What did I come in here for again?"

It gets frustrating too :-/

Ugh, my memory is horrible _unsure.gif

Often I have something in my hand, and go for a mad search, ripping up my whole room to find it until someone points out that it's in my hand. mellow.gif

I'm sure it happens to everyone laugh.gif

But yeah, it's at the worst of times and quite annoying

All the time, I always think, 'Hey, this would be a good thing to ask this person.'

And then when I speak to them, I totally forget what I was going to say/ask.

I also have an uncanny ability to totally forget I had homework due the next day.

I know where half moon bay is! haah anyways I think I'm more careless than forgetful. I lose things all the time but I end up remembering it very soon so i can go back and look for it. I seriously lose things aaaaaaaall the time; lost my ticket for a concert while walking from the parking lost to the stage..and i was actually HOLDING the ticket.. hammer.gif

My memory gets worse as I get older.
I'd get up from the bed, go to refrigerator, open it, then forget what I was going in there for.

I'd also lose my time perception.

when it comes to time..i forget it within like..10 minutes.

for instance, my quartet called me to tell me what time rehersal was. i hang up the phone, call someone else in the quartet to tell them and ive already forgotten. its not like i forget completely, i just dont know if its 2:00 or 2:30.
