So, uh, hi. Haven't been on CB for a while. Figured I'd break the ice with my attempt at converting a pen sketch to a vexel illustration. Peep it:
Still pretty rubbish with the pen tool, even after all these years. Obvious weight issues on some lines, but I'm not stressing it. Anyhow, how is everybody? |

CBs pretty much dead as you can see.
Your lines are crooked though, esp. on the shoes. I am assuming it's because you are starting and stopping in the wrong places. http://psd.tutsplus.com/tutorials/tools-ti...ehensive-guide/ That will help you learn where to begin and end so it looks like one cohesive line. |

I've actually already read the article. I haven't gotten around to doing the exercise file, though. But, I'll be sure to keep reviewing and practicing. Thanks.
