crick in the neck...

ok so i sprained my ankle the other day....and ive been sleeping in the same position for about 4 days now. do u think this could lead to ur neck/upper back area to hurt? cuz i was stretching my neck out and it hurts....

i don't think you're ankle would have an effect on your back/neck? but yeah sleeping differently can. you should probably just take some pain killers or something. like advil.

yea i know my ankle wouldnt make a difference but it causes me to stay in one position all night...yea

Yea, staying like that could be painful after a while.. try rolling your head around, and stretch a bit to get the blood flowing, you could also try a hot pack to relieve some of the stiffness.

Buy a cushion pillow for your head. i think it would help alot.

i saw this thing on tv like an ad thing and they were selling these shoes <<(like u would care?) and they said that when u stand up ur feet/ankles supports ur whole body .









but i dont think that has anything to do with sleeping in the same position ><

Yeah. It has nothing to do with your ankle. Sleep differently and it should help.

ya..
when i sprained my ankle, i just stayed in the same position and just twisted my upper body..
oh and keep ur ankle elevated whenever u can..it helps ur ankle heal better..(or something like that..)
