Comment/Friends Box Alignment |

I'm having trouble aligning my comment/friends box all the way to the right side of my page. come to think of it, i'd like to align my whole page nice and neatly down the center.
is there anyway to do that? I thought i saw somewhere that you can't do that with transparent tables. [align entire page in center] i need the code for comment/friend box aligning to the right. and a seperate code for aligning the page to the center. [i'd like to decide after viewing.] help please.
