I go on an acne site here it has helped me beyond anything.
What I do for acne is drink tons of water, avoid soda, and take 50mg zinc once a day. I struggled with mild acne for a while, but finally got around to doing this. I wash my face regularly and also exercise. Water helps - -Improves Energy - Increases Mental/Physical Performance - Flushes Toxins Out Of Body - Keeps Skin Healthy - Helps Lose Weight - Reduces Headaches & Dizziness - Allows for Proper Digestion - Helps you Keep More Alkaline So it does more than help with skin. Exercise increases the blood flow and circulation so it tightens the skin. It also helps promote oxygen and nutrients needed to produce collagen. And, the zinc reduces inflammation. Although after taking the 50mg I now cut the pills in half after constantly being tired, the inability to focus, charley horses in my leg, and headaches. As for the hair thing, it's a good idea to keep it out of your face, especially after sweating a lot. With sweat comes sebum, which is the oily substance that is released through your pores. |

In addition, if you're always touching your hair (i.e. fixing your bangs), your hands transfer oil onto your hair.
I do occasionally get pimples on my forehead, but they are usually closer to my hairline, so most of the time I just pop them and they scar, but the scar goes away after a week. They're almost never noticeable though, since they're so close to my hairline. Hmm... most of my pimples occur on my chin. It sucks, even though I usually keep it clean. Whenever I'm on my period or I'm going through a lot of stress, there's always a single large blemish that pops up on my chin. D; |

The giant one that popped up during my period scarred and it's still on my face. AUGH. It'll take a month to disappear
p.s. using new face wash. Upgraded from Shiseido Pureness face wash to Shiseido The Skincare face wash and DAMN, it definitely makes my face feel softer ;O |

Hi, I've been having acne problems and how, its getting worse.
I tried clinique, clarins, and stuff but it seems to be not working. which brand would be good for men's facial acne problem? (currently using lab series with partial clinique of anti blemish step 2 and 3 and its working very slowly - oily face) |
