so I have no money in my paypal, and I need to purchase a domain for my schools keyclub, they will "reimburst me" *sarcasm* like they always have, so is there anywhere I could do something quick to get a .org domain ? nothing illegal though :]

You could try and find a site that is offering free domains. It would take some seriously deep digging to find one, though.
Maybe find a generous donator to give you a few bucks in your paypal? You could always offer up a service or something in return.
