imo i would go with the first one. I like the shape of it more. Plus it looks a bit like my sisters. Size and all. Plus the second one looks longer, and depending on how you're going to have it face and which way the cord would go you would want to make sure it not only fits where you want to put it, but if you can draw on it easily.

I have the first one. The second one, could be compared to a large macbook trackpad, because it can use gestures, to do stuff.

no, the difference is that one is bigger. if you want a larger workspace, get the larger tablet.
