Kohl's usually has pretty good sales going on...usually somewhere between $20-$30. I think that Target and H&M have pretty good deals too

Try Wet Seal. They have sales on their jeans all the time. One time I got 2 pairs of jeans for a total of $20. And they're really comfortable and last a while, too.

Marshalls. The jeans are around 10-30 dollars. Some of those include "brand names" like American Eagle, Roxy, etc.
Of course that price is not for "designer brands". |

Try Kohls. I get my jeans there when they're on sale for $23. I get Levi's because my legs are really long and skinny and Levi's are comfortable, they fit, and they last a while.

Just about anywhere, you just gotta find the right time when they have sales. If not, go have a look at outlet stores, or winners. (do you have a winners where you are?)
