Anyone else catch the NCAA Lacrosse Championship? Syracuse beat Cornell 10-9 in overtime. Syracuse was down by 3 goals near the end, but scored 3 in a row to tie the game at 9-9, the last goal coming with just 4 seconds left in the game. Cornell initially got possession in OT, but turned it over to 'Cuse who marched down and scored the winning goal.

Pretty thrilling end to a great game. Go Syracuse!

i don't watch lacrosse, but watched the highlights on sportscenter-the goal to tie it was #3 on the top 10, and the OT winner was #1-and yeah, that was a pretty amazing win by syracuse!

Does anyone here watch ice hockey? I think the final goal of regular time was up there with Evgeni Malkin's no-look goal against the 'Canes a few nights ago.

^YES! i was going to start a topic on the NHL playoffs, but figured no one else would be interested. although the penguins are going to win, i was really rooting for the 'canes. but as long as one staal brother makes it through ;) and i rreeeaaallly dislike detroit, but i am surprised how chicago stayed with them for a few games-just not that last one.

^at least your team made it to the playoffs. and to be fair, anaheim really was better than an eighth seeded team.
