Since the other relevant jewelry topic was OOOOLD, I've decided to make another one.
All you fashion-y types, what's your favorite kind of jewelry or your favorite piece you own? And favorite designers? Do any of you create your own? My favorite piece is this ring I got this past Spring: And I make my own beaded jewelry. I started in high school, then I stopped, and now, since I live in the suburbs again and have nothing to do, I've picked it back up. Some items I've made recently: |

Oh those earrings are very nice! Mind shipping a pair here? lol jk...I don't even have my ears pierced.
But my favorite would be rings and necklaces. I really don't like wearing bracelets because it get's in the way a lot. My favorite ring is made of silver and it looks kind thorny...except without the thorns...if that made any sense. Basically its just twisted around. |

I'm not very good at making stuff, although I did make the necklace that I'm wearing in my profile picture.

I made this a few minutes ago.
I'm pretty proud =) I think I'm going to sell it after I build up my inventory. I'm thinking about $5. |

^ That's really cute!
In elementary school I started making beaded bracelets and planned to sell them. I bought everything I needed too. I just never really got around to...making them. So I have like 2 bags of beads just sitting here. Besides that though, I'm not really much of a jewelry person, although I do wear a jade necklace and a bracelet every day. I always forget about them though. I'll take a picture later. |

I love wearing these two rings my mom gave me.
And a green beaded necklace. I always wear my fortune bracelet, though. :DD |

More handmade jewelry! I'm on a roll XD
Flower bracelet Multi-strand bracelet. I don't think I'm done with it yet. Vintage-y necklace. The pendant is from an old broken necklace of my mom's; I just made the chain. Necklace with pink glass beads. |

I really like the vintage-y necklace and the earrings. They're simple, but so cute!
I don't wear jewelry, although I wore a wish bracelet (made out of hemp) for a few years before it broke. |

My new Hello Kitty ring from Zales, from my boyfriend, is by far my favorite:
The heart ring is another prized possesion, lots of people ask if it's a promise ring but it's not, just a "get me that to show me how sorry you are for picking a fight with me at work thus causing a scene and almost getting me written up and you fired" ring. I have an earring obsession...I have colorful pieces but I love silver tone things so my collection is made up mostly of that so it will go with everything. These are my favorites: |

I love to create. My latest design is the 'Fleur De Coer' locket. Heart necklace.
I have an Etsy shop & boutique 'The Wingless Bird'. It donates a percentage of profits to small, no kill animal shelters. My handmade catnip mice donates a full 90%. It can provide a sheltered animal with 1 wicker basket bed, 1 blanket & 2 cans of kibble (that's 8 meals!) If you have the time, please take a look. http://www.etsy.com/shop/TheWinglessBird |

But yeah please don't advertise anymore lol I'm not really one for jewelry but I loooooove rings. These are pretty cool. By designers Tithi Kutchamuch and Nutre Arayavanish. Such a big fan of oversized rings. The red one! The one on the right is pretty interesting. |

I am in love with glass pendants. But I am kind of picky with them too... My absolute favorite ones that I own, I lost a long time ago. :[ They are a bit more unique than these... but I still love the following designs.
I think I love this type of jewelry so much because each design is so different yet similar but in a new color or new detail... it's always something new. |
