scenario: you're in a crisis situation. you're stranded at the side of the road. you have no money to pay for a taxi. you've hurt your leg, so you can't walk to a nearby gas station or whatever. not including anybody related to you or an ambulance, how many people are listed on your phone that you would not hesitate to call for help?
and by "would not hesitate," i mean who is close enough to you that they would come get you no questions asked. who are you comfortable enough to to call for help? i was thinking this the other day, and it's sort of sad, but i think there's only 3 people on my phone that i feel comfortable enough calling in crisis situations. |

For the situation, in which the person I call only has to drive whatever distance to pick me up and bring me to a hospital...
I would say about 5. Maybe 3 if I didn't tell them I was hurt and unable to walk. Or not. I don't know. Hypothetical questions always f*ck me up. |

For me, like two. But knowing them, they wouldn't answer and I'd probably end up doing it hardcore and walking anyway. |

Well, they might ask some questions, but I think 7-8. The only no-questions asked people would be my family!

no questions asked would probably be 2. it used to be 3, but that third person has been f*cking up our friendship lately.

No questions asked, 4. But others would probably help me out if I explained my situation to them. Or maybe not.

Three. I'm actually surprised that I can count on 3 people. Thought it'd be less. :)
