it was so stupid. like i didn't give a shit about this guy (from work), but i knew that he liked me and he was kinda cute so i decided to flirt around with it just for fun. like for a few weeks we fooled around and the entire time i was like "god wtf am i doing" and at one point it just felt so wrong, like i felt literally sick to my stomach whenever i thought about him, so i broke things off the bitchy way by acting completely cold and ignoring his calls and lying to him.
now he wont talk to me and all i can think about is how much i miss him. haha. things are totally awkward now during our daily work meetings. |

To be completely honest, I think you're just missing the attention. And I can relate. It sucks.

:( but i liked him a little at first so it's not really me leading him on, more like me wanting to see where things went then discovering he was way too much of a pushover for me to take him seriously.
i suck. |

WOMEN ARE THE WORST I RESENT THAT. Of course I can be stereotypically bitchy or disagreeable, but all men and women are at times; it's just that guys are generally more laid-back and easier to deal with. I myself try not to be catty and unreasonably expectant of people the way a lot of women are, though. |

no sorry, you're wrong, women are terrible creatures no sorry, you're wrong, men are all one-track-minded dogs who shamelessly undress women with their eyes even when they (guy and/or girl) are taken AND with their partners at the time, to name one of the less-bad things they do |

THIS KIND OF POST IS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM SOMEONE OF YOUR GENDER THOUGH. always on defense. |

So, I'm not allowed to defend myself from your generalization that doesn't completely apply to me + a lot of other girls I know? My point is that men can be terrible too, just in different ways. |

Because you said all women are terrible when I try not to be that way :( you're taking it way too personally. i'm not even serious. just think for two seconds, how is it going to make any sense that i actually think all women are terrible? i'm not a single man. but it's ok cristy, you're just being an overreacting emotional woman, it isn't your fault, it's in your DNA. |

I'm not trying to come in here being a downer or anything, but as long as you still have access to the person, you have the opportunity to at least try to make things right, even if neither of you want to pursue a relationship in the future. I lost a close friend of mine a couple of years ago, and it's still something that I think about. We were close, but we never truly said anything about how we felt, although I'm sure we both felt the same way. It's one of those "what if" questions that will never be answered.

I think it is very possible for that to happen. You love who you love and because of that the differences seem to be something you can work around no matter how hard it is. I am in a long distance relationship
here in the states and it is so hard for us so I can imagine it being half way around the world. |
