1. You're trying to convert a non-1.0 layout. Make sure the layout has <style></style> tags.
2. You're trying to "steal" a layout that's set to private.
3. You're trying to "steal" a layout, but the connection to Myspace is timing out.

I'd try it myself, but my own server is blocking my IP address. I'll check it when I get the problem fixed, but until then you can try it again yourself. If it times out when converting, it'll give that message.

Oh...and that tutorial needs an overhaul. Yesterday as I was getting the layout to submit here, I noticed there are a LOT of little mistakes in it that would ignite a few dozen questions wondering why their layout doesn't work.
