I'm pretty "average" weight I guess. I'm not exactly overweight and I'm not skinny either, but sometimes I just feel like guys only like the really skinny girls and not girls like me. Maybe I'm wrong..

But if its not weight, then what else would it be?

A lot of guys I know like a girl who's just mainly healthy, whether they're petite or a little on the big side. Weight isn't everything, and if you're worried about guys not liking you becuase of your weight, then those aren't the guys for you anyway.

well weight isn't really "everything" but usally weight has alot to do with being healthy. so usually the really thin girls look really good cuz maybe they excersize alot making them healthy or they're bullimic making them very unhealthy. i personally exercise alot. haveing more muscle instead of fat is good and healthy in my opinion. but if you're fine with your body than that's good. but if you want to lose weight, eat ONLY 3 meals per day(no munchies in between, except like a fruit or something) and like excersize. first work on you're thighs. by doing the Lunge. there's a topic about that somewhere...i can't find it. anyway yah you'll get sexy toned thighs by doing that.

no weight isn't everything, and i agree with sarah. lotta guys look a personality, mainly the ones i know and just as long as they are healthy, plus never know opposites attract lol. but seriously there are a lotta girls who are really pretty but aren't like stick skinny but are healthy and guys usually don't wanna be going out with a girl who is skin and bone with an eating disorder eek.gif they want to go out wiht someone who is healthy and with a great personaility

Personality and healthiness i think counts the most. So, even if you're really skinny, You're not healthy in alot of cases.
And if you're obese, you're not healthy either.

I'm totally in your position with the weight thing. I know what you mean.

But don't try to go losing weight or anything because of a guy, or guys in general. Lose weight because YOU want to, and hell, you might not even need to. And from my experiences, guys don't ask out only skinny or petite girls- they like girls who actually have meat on their bones. I was having this conversation with my guy friend, and he told me exactly that. He also said how when he hugs a girl, he doesn't want to feel her bones or anything.

You sound fine. You're not overweight, so why worry? Just try to maintain the weight you're at now or lose a few if your conscious about it.

Psh, don't worry about being skinny or anything. If guys don't like you for who you are, forget them. Personality is more important.

Guys despise overweight girls. Fat automatically means you're ugly in their world.

^ i agree. boys are so mean, lol. people should not be judged on their weight, but rather on their personality. Unfortunately, that is not the case in this world. Keeping your weight average is an essential to a healthy lifestyle anyways.
