yea in canada we don't have to take them. but i'm kinda intersted in going to an american university. so yea. what IS IT?! i have no idea. except it involves math and english and out of 1600?
so yea are you taking them and what university you going to? (by the way im in grade 10) |

yeah im taking the SAT. and for our 06 class and up. that score is now out of 2400. damn new sat. they took the essay from the SAT II and put it on the SAT I. sucks. yeah im taking it on march 12.

i`m in middle school so we already took em in the beg. of the year But we`re taking isat`s next which stands for illinois sumthin sumthin sumthin. so iuno bout u guys..

Some colleges require you to take SAT or ACT, but most require you to take SAT. It compares you with many other millions of students to see who got the best score, so they would get accepted. Don't worry too much about it...yet. Just take SAT classes or something and yeah. :]

i think that the sats are a standardized test that detarmines your knowledge. (or something like that.
 )i plan on taking them. and i don't know which university i am going to yet. i am only a freshman! xP i think i might try to go to harvard!

Well, I also took the SAT as part of the CTY thing too in 7th grade, but that score doesn't count for colleges. |

Yea, I'm taking them in March. I also got a fee waiver, so haha I don't have to pay 40$ or how much it was. I should go study for them.. SHOULD...

i took it in 7th...got a 990 pssh.
anyway its like 3 ours long (soon to be 4) and its a bunch of random questions you learned in school and stuff..about math and la...yes its our of 1600 points now..but soon will be 2400 i think...and here in america it like determines your future =/ |

everyone school year there at least one person at school make a perfect SAT score.
depend on college . SOme college accpet any SAT score 500 or above and some have higher deopend. depend on ur GPA , involvement too. |

class of 06 and up takes the new SATs, which has a higher score.
they made the math section harder (from what i heard), and added the essay section which will be scored out of 6. for the SAT1, you take the english and math sections. im a freshman, so 2 more years to prepare! woohoo. not. yeah, im going for CAL! (UC Berekeley) or UCLA, dang. those are hard universities to get into though :/ |
