Hey Leute, whaddap! Is CB dead yet? Have you all moved to some new amazing place?
So I've got an amazing idea, a little side project I'm starting called Under the Sun. It's a site that's will be open to pretty much everything under the sun that you can think of (except the kitchen sink, das ist nich erlaubt). Basically, there are two sections to the site: The Performance, and Backstage. The Performance will be a series of webapges, called Scenes. Each Scene is anything the artist wishes it to be, from a minimalist idea to a long, extensive and complex page. Images, video, music, popups, text, and even Flash is allowed. The Scene can be as flat or as interactive as the artist can make it. It is almost completely open-ended. In simple terms, it'll be a big ol' scrapbook / collage of anything you can think of. Backstage will be the blog, Behind the Scenes if you like. For each Scene featured in The Performance, there will be a corresponding blog about said Scene. The blogs will be just be basic info about each Scene, the artist, and a list of any resources used. So what do I want with you? A submission! I'm looking for a few kindly souls to help me get this project started, including the first few Scenes to be featured. I'm also looking for some people to help me design the index and info pages, as well as someone to toss around ideas with. If you're interested in submitting a Scene, helping out with the base site, or just have comments/critique on the idea, please post. Also, here's the site with some more information. Gogogo! |

Yeah, it's a work in progress. :x I've been thinking about this for a while, but I only started today so there's about an hour's worth of stuff in there, tbh.
