hi. can anyone tell me how i can take a picture or photo like this and then turn it into the shoes like the ones in this. <br>i would really appreciate it. okay thanks.

You could resize the original pictures, crop it, and then move it to wherever you want.
Eh.. You could crop it too so that you can overlap it somewheres or make the white transparent so it'd go over.. It's kind of hard to explain. |

actually, what i wanted to do was make the first picture more cartoon or graphic like. instead of looking like an actual photo.

Cartoon like? there doesn't seem to be much "cartoon like" in the second picture . I guess just play around with photoshop/psp filters. Posterizing makes things sorta look cartoonish. not really but sort of.

I think the person just shaded the sides more.. I can kinda see a little dark shading, so yeah.

If you're using PS, apply a very light Smart Blur.... Or vector it.
